Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to maintain its quality.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
